Nadabrahma is a humming meditation, that was craftfully adapted from an ancient Tibetan method by the great Indian mystic Osho. It can be done at any time of the day and consists of three stages.

After the meditation you will feel more creative, purposeful and pleasantly energised.

It is recommended to do this technique with an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least 15 minutes afterwards.
